What should have been a routine service interaction felt strangely hostile instead. Customers stood patiently in line simply trying to ask questions, only to be met with scolding and visible irritation from the teller working on May 9 at around 2 PM. Service businesses survive on professionalism, patience, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, none of that seemed to exist here. The atmosphere felt less like customer service and more like customers were inconveniencing the staff simply by being there. Perhaps they are understaffed. Perhaps morale is low. Either way, it should never spill onto the people keeping the business open. A genuinely disappointing experience from start to finish.

Packages are spilling out onto the floor. Doesn't exactly inspire confidence that my package won't be lost. The staff needs to clear the window on a more frequent basis and not let the packages build up like this.
