If I could give it zero stars I would. Unfortunately this is my post office but everything about it sucks ! The employees are rude and so is the manager. And they never actually deliver packages. They will claim it’s an unsafe location and claimed to have left a notice but they don’t even have the decency to do that. So they are also liars. I can’t wait to move so I don’t have to deal with this specific location ever again!

Service so bad it is a sight to behold. I walked up to the counter and the lady stared at me for 10 seconds as if she was shocked she was being asked to do anything. After processing my package she threw it over her shoulder and told me I could leave now.

this must be the worst ran post office location in america. they have 7 different clerk windows but often only have 2 clerks working while having a line out of the room. most of the clerks i’ve experienced have been very short with me and will have you leaving the line and getting back in line time and time again. the dropboxes to leave your outgoing mail have been “out of service” since i got my P.o. Box here a month and a half ago so i’m unable to drop anything off after normal business hours, and when I do drop things off during business hours there is still a delay for them to get shipped out. you’re unable to get in touch with ANYONE who works for the post office without waiting in the neverending line no matter how quick your question is.

I usually dread going to this post office but it was the only one still open after work so so went today and was so pleasantly surprised. I was waiting in line when one of the associates, Andrea, came up to me and showed me how to use the self service line. She helped me through the whole process and even helped me tape up my package. She went above and beyond. They are so lucky to have her there!

I want to like the post office but it’s comically bad here. Machines are usually out, the drop boxes for packages are all broken and the window they use instead will sometimes just be locked. The line is always nuts, and no one is very helpful. You can find solidarity in humanity through the other patrons but you will not find help or reason at this place.
