- LALotus A2 days ago1.0The female teller I just dealt with was genuinely monstrous. I'm sure it's a miserable job but I don't think that's an excuse to be the worst part of someone else's day. Also they're so chaotic that they let about 10 people just make their own separate line and skip those of us who'd been waiting for upwards of 30 minutes until a woman on our insanely long line finally called this out and shamed the staff into stopping this.

Also mailed lost couple of important documents and all of them just missed at the very last stop. It sucks to live 11201 with such a poor post office. You should consider have a mailbox elsewhere if you have to live here.

I guess they’re also against recycling and giving a shit about the environment, as they wouldn’t let me reuse packaging that had a brand name on it. Don’t waste your time. Go to any other location.

When I asked a simple question, I was told I needed to "use my brain". There was no line, no rush, nothing to justify that kind of attitude toward a customer this early. I hope this location addresses how its staff interacts with customers.
- CJChristine JemisonSep 12, 20261.0This is a constant, the CAMDEN PLAZA POSTAL SERVICE RARELY DELIVER PACKAGES TO RESIDENTS OF VINEGAR HILL. THEY WILL MAKE A CUSTOMER COME TO THE POST OFFICE TO PICK UP A PACKAGE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED. SAYING THEY HAD NO ACCESS TO THE THE RESIDENTS HOME WHICH ISN'T TRUE. IT'S JUST WORKERS NOT DOING THEIR JOBS.
