    Don’t waste your time going here for walk in, though it’s on the website they don’t accept walk in on a Saturday even if you go early. Update your website so we don’t waste our time

    Mixed experience at this post office. Axan refused to process my package, saying the destination wasn’t in the system and told me to go to UPS or FedEx instead, which was frustrating and unprofessional. Thankfully, Patricia stepped in and helped me. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure my package was processed correctly. I really appreciate her assistance.

    Terrible customer service. The male at the front desk was chuckling and barely spoke proper english. I came on time for my appointment for my passport only for the USPS employee to tell me that my appointment is canceled because someone didn’t come to work and they don’t have coverage. Id also like to add I waited 2 weeks for this appointment.

    I had a passport appointment today at 12:15. I was told I had to wait, and I waited until 1:15 p.m. Then I was told I had to come back at 2:00 p.m. because the employee had to go to lunch, and since I had to get to work and they were taking so long, I had already asked for permission to be late. Now I'm late. I also took my daughter out of school early for this appointment, and the response was simply to come back later. I have received the worst service here, and they are not doing anything to improve.
