No reason why Brooklyn keeps getting packages, & mail stolen. Had a lot more packages stole more in Brooklyn than Queens. (One once I had packages stolen in decades of living in Queeens).

I went to drop off 5 packages and the guy behind the counter lied to me saying I’m can’t be dropping off more than 3 paid packages, if I drop off any more than that I need a scan form. I searched it up and there is no rule of usps stating you cannot drop off more than 3 without a scan form. Scan forms are only for high volume business from things like shopify, or pirate ship. The app I use to sell on generates individual labels each buyer pays for so Its physically impossible for me to get a form for him to scan all the packages together. This just sounds like he was being lazy and didn’t want to scan each one.
