There’s a huge line, no one at the mailing window, only one worker taking passport applications. Whoever runs this post office displays zero concern if we wait in limbo for hours. Meanwhile, various staff roam around in the background, in a disinterested state.

Absolutely the rudest interaction I’ve ever experienced. Because she didn’t like how I taped a box, the employee chose to berate me—sarcastically and obnoxiously—in front of a line of people. It was inappropriate, unprofessional, and completely out of line. This kind of behavior reflects very poorly and should not be tolerated. I know there's not much expectation from post office but this took it to the next level.

Avoid this USPS at all costs! Expect to deal with the rudest staff you have ever met! Every time I’ve been in, has been the most appalling experience. Extremely extremely rude staff and wait times are extremely long. WORST postal experience EVER ! Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS PLACE!

I'm going out on a limb and giving this USPS 5 stars since I go here all the time to ship, and honestly the workers have been nice and helpful. Yes it's understaffed and wait lines can be longgg (I've had to wait 30 mins before) I use the self service machine and it's always worked - even if it doesn't always print receipts. Been going here for years and have never had an issue. I'm thankful I'm close so I can pop in during off-peak times, and recommend coming in the morning versus 3-4pm when it's at its busiest.
