- DBDavid BurgeSep 24, 20261.0If I could give the USPS no stars, I would. The entire organization fails at performing the simple task they claim to provide. Most of the staff are very rude, especially at this location, and they cannot deliver packages in a timely manner. My current situation has them holding my passport hostage, refusing to redeliver, refusing to provide the package to the business when they go out of their way to pick up the package at the post office, and refusing to return to sender earlier than scheduled. USPS should be disbanded and it's obligations should be turned over to the private sector.
