  The staff were cold and rude, even when I was polite and came during a quiet time. It felt like they didn’t care about customers at all, and treated people like they didn’t matter.

  In case you're wondering, this person who works here is one of the most despicable people on the planet. She taunts customers as you can see in one of the photos. Nothing is being done about this behavior. Just because the neighborhood is rotten does not mean that people deserve this kind of treatment. I made several complaints and was constantly transferred around. Management listened but took no action (typical). I described how she was dressed and was told that it was a violation to wear rags such as the one on her head (obviously not religious). She was eating and drinking behind the counter (another violation). I could go on and on, but you all here who posted with one star knows exactly what and who I'm referring to.

  This is the worst post office I went too they very unprofessional rude arrogant I hope they change all the staff there they act like thats there personal business bad attitude and everything i pray to never visit that post office ever again

  I will state this clearly now. I have worked in customer service for a long time, and the expected level should be 100 percent. The woman there displayed an attitude beyond belief, as if she despises her role. She is highly unprofessional. She wore airpause devices in her ears. She speaks harshly to older adults and anyone else. She simply dislikes her work. My dear, if you dislike your job, resign. If anyone there dislikes their position, resign. Many people want to work, and you are blocking the opportunity for the rest. The service here is so unprofessional that whoever owns or manages this Bristol Street location must carefully evaluate staff during hiring. While I was there, she disrespected and elderly woman and a man. I would never recommend anybody ever going to this location

  They changed my deli ery to be held for pick up starting that the customer requested it to be held. I was home so why would I do that. If you don't like your job, find another one. I dint have time to go to the post office to pick up a package that I was home to receive. All USPS locations are the worst.
