My package never gets delivered, I always have to go pick it up and they don’t let me request redelivery and I live 20 mins away , always 1 or two people working so it takes forever. Went to pick up my package and they had it but I forgot my ID and they said they would try to redeliver, they didn’t and when I went the next day , they couldn’t find my package and they never pick up the phone !

I told this to young lady, Sasha, behind the window and gave her the tracking number. She asked for my ID and within a few minutes she found it and I was out of there. I was hesitant going there because of all of the negative reviews but I was determined that I wasn’t going to have a similar experience, and I didn’t. Thank you Sasha for your help.
- TTTawandaJul 5, 20261.0This post office is horrible. Long line with only 2 clerks. There is no air conditioner in the waiting area, however the air conditioner is on full blast behind the windows. The clerks have very nasty attitude and quite disrespectful. This place has been like this for years and the USPS management refuse to address the issues with their employees behavior and maintaining a government facility.
