If you are reading the negative reviews you are seeing folks who are not mindful and dont understand that this team is dealing with limited resources. I have visited this post office for many years. I watched as it went from 4-5 team members at the window down to 1-2 because of budget cuts. I watched the lines grow when another post office closed due to a fire. I often stand in line with folks huffing and puffing and muttering god awful things about the wait. I wish you could take a breather and think about the staff as well. The team here is not at fault in any way. They are doing the best they can given the ever increasing limited resources our government gives them. If you are unhappy with the length of the line or the wait times, write your local politicians and postmaster. Please be kind, mindful, and thank your local postal team.
