- MCMichael ChengSep 26, 20261.0Poor customer service. Staff refused to provide a pen, saying I need to bring my own pen. I have never encountered this at any other post office. Went to another branch and got the assistance I needed.
- SHSahara St HSep 9, 20261.0Is this the worst Post Office in Brooklyn? I think yes. There are 2 lines: 1 for general mail services and 1 for package pickup/dropoff and money orders. The package line is looooooong from open to close. You have to stand in the long line just to drop off prepaid packages. Literally no reason that can't be done in the general services line but they will send you to the long line. How is it that in the year 2026 there are there no self service kiosks or large drop off bins/containers at a post office?! The people are nice I guess but I avoid this place like the plague.
