- AАлександра Лейко1 day ago1.0Chinese lady and blonde lady manager was so rude !!!I had a very unpleasant experience here. The way they communicate with customers is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I was spoken to in a rude manner and even yelled at, which is completely unacceptable. No customer should be treated this way. I expected basic respect and professional customer service, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I would not recommend this place based on my experience!!!

Never more than two tellers working and usually one in handling passport applications, that leaves only one teller attending pickups and every other thing a teller should do. Most of the times tellers are in a fouled mood and take it out on customers. Very long waiting time for simple service. I'd like to give it half a star.

We waited 40 minutes after our scheduled appointment time for our baby's passport application, and we were never called. Our baby became fussy, so I had to step away to feed her. We simply wanted to ask whether we could leave for 15 minutes to feed our baby and then come back. Instead, the supervisor came out and told us that our appointment was being canceled. In total, we waited for about an hour because we had arrived 10 minutes early, exactly as instructed. We were freezing under an extremely cold air conditioner, our baby became distressed, and in the end they refused to see us at all. Avoid this place. The staff are rude and completely lacking in compassion.
