- MLMimi LopezSep 22, 20261.0⭐ Very Disappointing Service I have had repeated problems with the service at this post office. On my most recent visit, I dropped off packages and later discovered that one still had not been properly scanned into the system, while another package from the same drop-off was already moving. I returned to the location because I was genuinely concerned about where my package was. What made the situation even more frustrating was once again observing the clerk on the phone while I was there trying to address a serious issue with my mail. This is not the first unpleasant interaction I have experienced at this location. Customers are trusting USPS employees with packages that may contain valuable or important items. We should be able to expect packages to be handled carefully, scanned properly, and concerns to be addressed professionally. I have kept my receipts, tracking information, and documentation and have filed a formal complaint. I sincerely hope management takes these repeated concerns seriously and improves the level of customer service and accountability at this location.
