- DEDramaLess EarthboundAug 5, 20261.0I understand there are many things going on, but the simplest things shouldn't be hard to figure out. One of my neighbors moved out in June and I drew a line through the address and wrote "MOVED." By some glitch in the Matrix or Narnia wardrobe magical doorway those same pieces of mail came back into my mailbox even though their name isn't on my mailbox. I should exercise my rights under Poster 7 and interview people on line.

So sounds like the website needs to be changed . This also means there are no passport walk ins for this location, it is appointment only . Terrible service , surprised the place is even open. Just run down and rude employees. Be better USPS
- DWDEBIII WORLDJul 11, 20261.0Horrible customer service there was a lady in the second window being so rude to a customer who was only trying to know where his package was. She even raised her voice at him so unprofessional. Then It was my turn, she gave me attitude because I had 6 packages wanting to know where they were and all she said was “I don’t know”. They have computers and a system but still they say I don’t know, ridiculous you need to hire nicer and actually helpful people who really want to help the community not people like her.
