I get to the counter the lady says what am i here for. I tell her to mail a package she follows it up with the system is down we can't mail nothing out. ummm..... Put a freaking sign up so people know or make an announcement every few minutes. People unnecessarily waiting in line for you guys to not help at all.
- GGGMApr 20, 20261.0Negative a million stars!! This place is the worst and all of the workers have attitudes! They delivery drivers never deliver packages and never leave a pink slip in the mailbox. They lie about their redelivery attempts and never update the website. Packages are always mysteriously missing and all they do is tell you to submit an inquiry. The manager at this lost office needs to be fired Immediately, clearly they cannot run the location efficiently and their workers are useless and lazy. The entire network of USPS needs to be shutdown, it is trash and inefficient. Clearly, the entire post office upper management and the staff at this location are not held responsible for anything. Close it down ASAP!!!! They don't do their damn jobs anyway so why are they still getting paid.
