The employees are incredibly rude, one of them stole my platinum Amex before it even got delivered to me, packages always go missing and they are never open. It’s also bizarre that they don’t sell any postage supplies. This is a 3rd world operation. The ones in the city are slightly better but still weird

The worst 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮I’ve been waiting on since June 25 it said delivered then a min later NOTICE LEFT (NO SECURE LOCATION AVAILABLE) then I called took 4 days to get someone on the phone I was told to pick it up . Got there then told it was resent because it wasn’t available.Next day I got a email saying delivered got home nothing the next day which is today July 9th at this point says RETURN TO SENDER because INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS
- NGNathan GJul 7, 20261.0My package was marked as as signed for and delivered at my home, only no one had signed for the package (I always request signature on my packages at 11213), nor was the package delivered. When I went online however, it showed the signature, which belonged to no one at our home, nor was the package ever delivered. The next morning I went to the post office thinking maybe it was a mistake, maybe it as delivered elsewhere and someone else signed for it. I waited for an agent, who, at first told me the manager wasn't in - so I asked the mgr's name - she didn't know it. Then, she took the page and told me she will check it out. She went to the back of the PO I guess, came back 10 mins later and told me "go wait on the side, a mgr. a Ms. Cumberpatch, will be with me in 5 minutes to discuss. Well, after 1/2 Hour Ms. Cumberpatch still didn't show up, I had to get back to work and I left - without my package without speaking to Ms. Cumberpatch, the supposed manager! These Post Offices are off the rail and they couldn't care less, and I am out my package!
