  This place straight up sucks The staff are so rude and unhelpful They don’t want to be there and don’t care about anything other then when they get out for break and end of day Line is always so long cuz none of them are working so only one booth is open This place needs to be fixed

  Wish I could give 0… they lost my package after they said it was in the building but they can’t find it. Days before I went in the building my package never got delivered so they left a notice . I filled out a redelivery form and go noooo updates on my package. Now they can’t find it as if it’s the shippers fault as to why I didn’t receive my package. WORST POST OFFICE.DO NOT GO. THEY WILL ALWAYS LOSE YOUR PACKAGE

  On 4/15/ 2025 i went to this location to check on a package that was never received, I waited for 20 minutes to speak to the supervisor on duty and the supervisor did not show up, this is horrible customer service and this location needs to do better

  This location needs to be investigated they dont deliver my package then say they could not get to the front door they will try the next day and never come back when I go to the post office too get my package they say they cant find it this has happened multiple times. The supervisor is no help everything is idk, or I am new here idk. It's always a run around with them.

  I called in advance to ensure my package was in the building after being "given" a delivery notice that there was no "secure location" to deliver my MEDIA MAIL package (this has never happened in my almost year of living at my address and there was no actual notice left) just to spend 40 minutes in line to then be told it's out for delivery again and when i ask what would stop them from claiming that there is no secure location again... no response. it's a media mail package meaning it's a book... not something of high value so this concern of a secure location is absurd when they have delivered priority mail packages and left it out without a single ounce of concern. i am astounded that i was left no notice and there was no real attempt to deliver since there was not a ring to my apartment or a knock at my door when i was present and at home. i understand the USPS deals with a lot but this is simply ridiculous.
