We followed their instructions, went to another place, paid for new photos, and came back. When we returned, instead of helping us, they told us that our appointment time had passed and that we needed to make a new appointment. This was extremely unfair and unacceptable. We followed the instructions given by the staff, and the delay happened because of their own photo service problem. This felt like we were being treated disrespectfully and not taken seriously. It was especially frustrating because the office was not busy, there were no crowds, and there was no reason for us not to receive assistance. This is not acceptable customer service. Customers should be treated with respect, patience, and professionalism.
