Absolutely one of the worst post office branches in the country. Every single time I come here, every employee is beyond rude. I try to use the self service kiosk as much as possible as to not have to interact with anyone and avoid the rudeness and frustration. I came here last Saturday to drop off a prepaid package. Their listed opening time is 8am for Saturday and Sunday. The doors are open, lights are on, you can hear employees in the back talking and laughing but no one in the front to help. The prepaid drop-off bin is locked and so is the prepaid gate for drop off at station 5 so you have no choice but to wait for an employee to help you. After 30 min of me knocking on the glass, calling out "Hello? HELLO?!?" NO ONE CAME. Finally, after now 45 minutes of standing there, an employee comes and her first words to me are, "Calm Down." What an absolute joke of a post office.

They are always ready, willing and able to remind you that government run organizations suck!
Bad service and bad attitude is a understatement.

If you show up on time for your passport appointment, they tell you that you’re late! What a miserable experience. Because of places like this Google should allow zero stars.

This place is terrible it needs to be shut down or fully restaffed. They give anyone a job at the post office I see. I waited in an emptying lobby for 30 mins with at least 10 staff in the building and no one came to the window to service me. I seen a staff outside advised him of the issue and he I don’t know. Never again.

I had a really disappointing experience with the clerk, Perez. I was trying to change my mailing address and misunderstood the steps. Instead of explaining it, she became rude and said, “It’s like I’m speaking a different language,” followed by, “I’m done with you.” I was simply trying to understand the process and ask for help. A little patience and respect would have gone a long way.
