- KGKyle GormanApr 17, 20262.0This is a very run-down space. It is perpetually understaffed and it doesn’t have the touch screen stamp printing systems nearly all the other post offices have. I live nearby but I go out of my way to avoid this location.

At this USPS location, there is an elderly female staff member whose behavior perfectly exemplifies "microaggressions." She was forcing me to overpay for the service in 8 times. I'm expected that people at the post office are there to help, because they are experienced and professional but instead it appeared to be the opposite. Selective hospitality describes this place the best way.

- JHJane HuntingtonMar 25, 20262.0This post office doesn't have a lot of resources–they're understaffed, the lines are long, and can be closed during normal hours. Today, it was closed in the middle of the day. There was no sign as to why it was closed. I walked over to the post office at 9th St–adding approximately an hour to this errand. The elderly woman with a cane, who was also left in the lurch, might not have been mobile enough. At 9th St, the clerk (very nice, the only one on duty) said that the 7th Ave was closed for work inside the post office, but should be open soon. When I said there wasn't a sign, she said that there had been one, but it was taken down. The postal service needs to do better.
