This place is a mess. My package was dropped of in a business mailbox that we have no access to. I have another package out for delivery since 6:10 this morning. The worst experience I’ve had ever

This post office need to retrain their staffs. Worst customer service. This lady name Chantel just walked away just because I asked her a question. They have a bunch of high school kids that have no business dealing with people. I watch the same young lady just talk to a customer like he was a nobody that he has to ask her if she has any home training. dare to question them about your mail delivery, they just said I don’t know . They not even bother to look or give the correct information. I rather drive miles away than going to that place . Zero star

I’m convinced this worker hates her job! Throughout the transaction, the employee displayed an unprofessional attitude. Because each package had a different QR code, I needed to verify the identifying code on each package before it was scanned. When I politely asked the employee to turn one of the packages so I could see the code, she responded by shoving the package toward me in a rude manner. In addition, the employee remained on what appeared to be a personal cellphone call throughout THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION. . At the time, the line extended out the door, yet she continued the personal call while assisting customers, which significantly slowed the service. The employee also criticized me for having "too many packages" and stated that I was "messing up the QR printer." I was simply using the USPS QR code service as intended to mail my packages. I understand that postal employees have busy and demanding jobs, and I appreciate the work they do. However, customers should be treated professionally and respectfully. Speaking on a personal cellphone throughout a customer transaction, behaving discourteously, and criticizing a customer for using an available USPS service does not reflect the level of customer service I expect from USPS.
