By far the worst post office I’ve ever visited. The tellers were extremely disrespectful, and the overall customer service was unacceptable. It felt like staff were more interested in arguing than helping customers. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location if possible. ZERO STARS

They said that walk ins are 8:00 am to 10 am , but the worker just shooed me off and said there is no walk-ins while the postal office was still open, with people in it. Very poor customer service also.

I sent important files and they have yet to arrive. The young lady said that it would arrive a few days after — it’s been over a month. I’ve had to submit a lost mail complaint with USPS. I’m going to see if I can leverage this issue, because it seems like an ongoing one at this post office; crazy enough I mailed something at the Utica post office and the mail which was personal information and identification was delivered promptly after. So what is the problem?

Where do I begin? I was here today with my son in a long line for 30 minutes. There was a man that attempted to skip the line and they took forever to stop him from doing so. I get to the window and say good morning and say I have package to drop off. I'm not even acknowledged. I had the pleasure of being serviced by the rude lady with locs and bracelets. She did not say one word at all. It was like I was talking to a wall. At the end of my interaction with her, the review came up on the screen. It flashed away before I could click on the sad face. I'm so tired of the lackluster service. I work in customer service myself and I would never treat a customer like this even on my worst day. Please do better. The behavior is disgusting. I wanted to buy a book of stamps as well but I didn't bother to ask due to the nasty behavior.
