- RGRoxana GuerraMay 1, 20261.0Worst post office. I had two packages not delivered in span of 3 weeks. According to online tracking: "No access to location, notice left". There was NO notice left either time. I had to go to this far away post office (I live close to Flatbush Junction Target but my address is under the zip code of this post office on Utica) to get my 1st package which I was told by phone the day before they "will have it for me the next day". I go to get it and I'm there 40 minutes while they check on my package and they say "it's not here, it was put on the truck". Then the next day I call and go to get it and again long wait til they figure it out and finally I get my package. For my 2nd package 3 weeks later, I called the post office about the to please redeliver and the lady I spoke to said "ok I am putting on the truck" each time. 1st time last week on Thursday and then 3 days ago on Tuesday. No delivery though. I look now on online tracking and it states was put returned to sender yesterday. Why? I called twice a week before they send it back to sender to redeliver to me and I was lied to with "ok will put on the truck for redelivery". I have experience different post offices in the city but none like this....no notice left when package was not delivered and then no redelivery when requested and then they just later sent my package back to sender. People here dont care they just there to collect a paycheck.

- JJJoannaMar 11, 20261.0this post office is horrible service is of no use why are they still functioning? It’s always been issues upon issues we complain still USPS have them functioning. I did a Mail hold online and after 30 days went to pick up my mail and switch my Address to find out from supervisor who is a female of Trinidad accent she informed me there is no mail hold. I said impossible. I did request online. She replied it didn’t go through. i said How is that isn’t online services the reason and purpose when you unable to go in person how could it not go through when I have confirmation number, etc. now my important mails is all over the place because the senders never received them back. Even my daughter. Alien card is lost I am so disappointed with the system, allowing these workers to mishandle such important mails. my hard own tax dollars pay these individuals and they’re not doing the job they are Horrible, terrible i am very upset. I’m very disappointed.😠 do better USPS.
