THIS MEANS DON'T BRING PACKAGES LIKE BOXES AND PARCELS UNLESS ITS PRE-PAID. PLEASE REFER TO PICTURE HERE THAT IS POSTED ON THEIR ENTRY DOOR. THERE IS NO STATED END DATE FOR HOW LONG THIS SERVICE DISRUPTION WILL CONTINUE. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
- VVVicSep 3, 20261.0Extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional employees. The level of hostility and lack of professionalism at this location is completely unacceptable, particularly for employees interacting with the public in a federal facility. Basic courtesy, professionalism, and emotional self-control appear to be in very short supply here. No customer should ever be made to feel unsafe or subjected to behavior that encourages or escalates aggression. It is genuinely embarrassing to see grown adults conduct themselves this way while representing a federal agency and being paid to serve the public. Kudos to the lovely fellow working professional I met here who reminded me that, no matter how poorly others choose to conduct themselves, it is important to maintain your composure and never lower yourself to a level of behavior that would be embarrassing in any professional workplace. If you are a busy working professional, do yourself a favor and use another USPS location where customers are treated with basic courtesy, respect, and professionalism. Your time and peace of mind are worth more than dealing with the unnecessarily hostile environment at this location.
