- ESEmy SApr 30, 20261.0Writing this review because I encountered the RUDE women with the colorful hair today 04/30 that is being mentioned in the reviews. She blankly stares at me for 10 seconds after requesting stamps --- and then gets up angrily as if what I asked was not part of her duties?! Then when it comes to pay, she saw I was paying with a $100 bill and gets verbally aggressive as to why would I come with a $100, that "I know you are not paying me a $100 bill" and that she does not have change. She repeated herself twice as if she wanted to start a back and forth arguement -- without me even replying to her. I let her just go on her tantrum and said it is ok I will just come back lol --- but wow. Upper management needs to investigate this behavior. If this was any other workplace, she would have been removed. Upper management should take a look for themselves and come in as a regular customer to see how they interact with the public.

- MMMegan MillerApr 19, 20261.0Specifically ordered non-machinable stamps to include wax seals on our wedding invitations. I even spoke with the postal team at this location to ensure that these invitations would not be put through the machine. However, they were very obviously put through the machine—the wedding invites have either arrived with extremely damaged wax seals, no wax seals, or have not arrived to our guests at all. Extremely disappointing.
