- BBBkoneAug 6, 20262.0This location could be so much nicer… First, as mentioned in other reviews, the lady with the orange/red hair is absolute disaster. She’s extremely hostile and shouldn’t have a job where she’s dealing with people. WHY is she still here if there are so many complaints about this employee?! She clearly hates her job. Lastly, the place hasn’t been cleaned in many years. Just hire a cleaner, please!!! There are many people looking for jobs who would happily come and clean this place every few weeks at least.

Also she wasted my time recomended another location which didnt even take USPS packages . She is not supposed to work in customer service .
- CLCarina LoveraJul 18, 20261.0This was, without question, one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a post office. The customer service was unacceptable. The staff were rude, dismissive, and showed little interest in helping customers. A straightforward visit turned into a frustrating ordeal because of the lack of professionalism and poor communication. I went in at 9 AM in the morning, hoping that the line wasn’t long and it would help in advance to help me find my mail that clearly said it was delivered and it wasn’t the lady working at the front literally said that that wasn’t her job to be looking through Mail and that she wasn’t going to help me and literally dismiss me. I hope management addresses these issues because this level of service reflects poorly on the entire office. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location and will avoid returning if possible.
