- PPPastel PrincessSep 14, 20261.0I asked if I could send a book through Media Mail and the worker sold me a bubble mailer. I assumed that was postage, as there was no other context. Instead it was sent back to me as it was missing postage. A scam, a waste of money and a waste of time.

He asked me a question and when I answered it he said “thank you miss for telling me how to do my job.” I was with him for few minutes but it was very hard to deal with his attitude. Thank God Zen stepped in and saved me from Max. Max is the type of employee that is just taking up space instead of giving that opportunity to someone who really would love to work at the USPS. Needless to say that I am giving 3 stars due to this experience with Max, not because of Zen. While everything was transpiring I thought to myself that I was going to give 1 star but Zen saved the day.

I paid for the envelope to be delivered to the local Brooklyn attorney in the area and I have court coming up.
