0 stars. The two black male employees made me feel so uncomfortable. The two of them are very unprofessional, cracking jokes about how my package is overweight (it was not, it was only 6lbs) and asking me for money for the “extra weight” and giggling like little boys while a line was forming behind me. Avoid this location if you can, especially if you’re a woman. They made me feel so uncomfortable; I couldn’t wait to get away from them. I will travel farther to a different USPS rather than come here again. USPS needs to screen their employees better.

The people working here are great! I've been here a few times, even though I don't live around here, and today I learned how much postage I need for different weights. Overall, out of all the post offices I've been to, this is the best one. Good vibes and they seem to enjoy their work.

I had a frustrating experience at United States Postal Service. I arrived before 4:50 PM and waited in line for the self-service kiosk for a while. There was only one machine, and the person using it had a large number of packages, so the line wasn’t moving. At 4:53 PM, since it was getting close to closing (they close at 5 pm) and I had already been waiting, I approached a staff member, explained the situation, and asked if he could help scan my QR code so I could print two labels. This would have taken less than a minute. However, he refused and said he was leaving in three minutes. What’s frustrating is that another employee later stepped in and helped me at a different window, and the entire process took under two minutes. Meanwhile, the person at the self-service kiosk was still using it. I’m not complaining about the wait or other customers taking time. The issue is the lack of willingness from the first employee to assist with a quick, basic task while the post office was still open and I had already been waiting. This kind of customer service is disappointing and should be addressed.

I've always tried to support the postal service despite years of decline. Even though people buy fake stamps on ebay, I refuse and always purchase them through the postal service. But this location, I hope you go defunct. When workers don't even have the courtesy to acknowelgde that you're waiting at the windows when you're literally the only one there. Not even a "we'll be with you in a moment", heck even if they asked me to come back later, I'd take that. I just want any communication at all instead of just mindlessly waiting till someone shows up or glancing my way and walking away as though I'm inconveniencing you. People are spending less and less with the postal service and it'll go extinct not because the postal service is antiquated but the workers are digging their own grave by ignoring customers. This location doesn't have 1.9 stars for nothing. Usps is in a severe financial crisis. This behavior certainly doesn't help.
