An absolute disgrace for USPS. I showed up to pick up my mail since USPS has taken several months to set up mail delivery in my building. I greet the lady at the desk after waiting 30 mins to get help (despite only having 3 people queueing before me) and I get a “why are you here?”
I explain that I’m here to collect my mail and she proceeds to tell me it’s very late to show up in the office (it was 4:30pm on a weekday and they close at 5pm). Then tells me I can only pick up mail on Wednesdays and Saturdays at some random hours that don’t even match their opening hours.
I tell her these limited “mail hours” make it very hard for people to pick up their mail and she tells me “well, that’s not my problem” while she proceeds to paint her nails.
Incredible experience.

This Post Office is the worst, it's like hell on earth. They are very rude and disrespectful, you call never get an answer and when you do get someone on the phone, you wait another 10 mins only to get disconnected...

Crappiest service I ever seen at a post office. Welcome to the place where workers that get paid to scan and send your packages complain about how many packages you have to send… or even better, having full on conversations with coworkers while you are attempting to communicate with them about the transaction taking place. Or better yet, as a customer you are held hostage to act like the service was good because you are worried they will intentionally lose your package. The workers are absolutely miserable and this place is not staffed to take care of a growing community around it.

An absolutely miserable place (cf. 99% of reviews) with unhelpful, rude and mildly offensive employees. To those employees: If you are this miserable, find a job where you can't project that misery onto people who aren't so, esp. customers or those you're required to serve in your role. Zero stars!

In addition to the crazy long lines and disorganization of this Post Office, they are understaffed and infected with thieves.
At least one or more employees here is scanning packages as "Delivered, Available at P.O. Box" when the package is way too big to fit into a P.O. Box and there's no slip left in the box either.
Even when you go to the clerk and show the tracking number, they can't find anything and tell you to come back.
Clearly they need an ACTUAL MANAGER who monitors and disciplines employees purposely scanning packages incorrectly. But until then, I recommend people reporting the missing/stolen packages (and/or mail) to USPS and the retailers as well. Postal Police have got to do something about this BS.
