Why aren't the area director's making improvements to higher individuals with proper costumer care services? Treating the patrons whom bring money into this location with respect and appreciation should be the standard. Saddened that in minority areas, we are treated the worst by our very own.

- JSJanibel SanchezJun 5, 20262.0On June 5th between 11:55am and 12:15pm I visited the left side window for shipping services. A woman with braids greeted me. I asked (and I quote) “hi how are you, question: you guys don’t have a QR machine to print labels do you? Because Google told me you guys do that here” And she replied “no we don’t, sorry”. I left the post office, printed out the label elsewhere and returned between 3:30 and 3:50pm to the same window. At this time, there is a young lady with red braids on the line as well, and she asked this same woman “can you help me with a QR code” and she replied “yes”. Surely it’s the same inquiry I had earlier. Overhearing this I felt compelled to ask her why she didn’t tell me she could assist me with my QR code in lieu of the machine. She replied “that’s not what you asked”. I smiled and closed with a simple “okay”. Although that is a fact, I believe she had malicious intentions and knew exactly what I needed help with. Maybe she was more helpful and customer service oriented to the other young lady because they resembled each other in many ways. Interesting…..
