It’s run with such negligence that it has to be on purpose at this point. 70% of people come there to drop off prelabeled packages, but they don’t bother putting out a crate drop them into half the time, hence the insane lines that would already be insanely long without this issue that has such a simple remedy. Insanity, and it’s not gonna change sadly!

Nearly ten available counters for employees to help customers, and only one (two at most) is ever in service at a time. Long, slow lines all the way to the door, all day long. Employees frequently walk away from the only open counter and head to the back, leaving the rest of us in line waiting for any employee. Today a woman had a 9:30am passport appointment and was told at 10am she would have to wait another half hour. She and about three others all left after hearing that. Another girl in line waited for an hour before being told they would call her when they had an update for her. So much wasted time. We have lives, too, and it's not easy to take an hour out of my day to simply ship something. Especially when adding even one more person to the front would make such a huge difference for us. You have a 1.9-star rating. Perhaps you should do something about that? It would be quicker to walk my package to its destination.
