DO NOT COME HERE: unprofessional, incompetent and lazy. I came for a passport appointment at 1pm. The website says show up 10 minutes early which is a joke considering they made me sit and wait over half an hour. they were not busy, they just couldn’t have cared less. after waiting i went back up and asked them if James E Davis (the person i made the appointment with) was available and to that the woman at the window responded telling me to take a seat and that she would be with me when she’s ready. Horrible environment. They do not care about you at all and you have to fight tooth and nail to get what you need done. genuinely it’s like pulling teeth getting these people to do there jobs. i never leave bad reviews but god damn this place is pure trash and chaos.

went to the post office on Empire Boulevard for my passport appointment. I originally got the date wrong, but the next day I returned and got there on time, around 2:23 for my 2:15 to2:30 window. Even so, I was denied service. Meanwhile, another man who came after me without all his documents was still helped. Later, I was told to come back again at2:45. I returned with the form filled out, but was told it was in the wrong color ink, and I had to leave again. It felt unfair and unprofessional. One worker did try to help, but overall the experience felt biased and dismissive. As a Black woman, being labeled “loud and combative” felt like an attack, especially because customer service should be about helping people, not stereotyping them. I don’t plan to return to that location, though I’m glad I eventually got my passport matters handled.

Came in on Thursday for passport walk in hours. She told me they only take appointments only and the information on the website is incorrect and there’s no way for them to update it. Instead of apologizing first and then letting me know they’re short staffed she basically just told me yeah the website is wrong. It’s nothing I could do bye.

I had sent a close friend of mine to expedite ana do a Hand Carry passport at this post office. They came cake to me glowing from happiness in the way they were treated. They told me that the agent was VERY respectful and knowledgeable. Come one come ALL to this post office and let's write true reviews and give them the respect they truly deserve.

Dropping your package off in the drop off bin is a risk. Lol. This is the second time I've dropped something of and they have not began scanning yet... it's literally been 2 days. I hope they start tracking soon. Never again!
