  Clerk can't read. I clearly checked "x" next to "Return Receipt (hardcopy)" and next to "Return Receipt (electronic)", but the clerk ignored my requests and just bulldozed over it with $0.00 payment and now I can't get a receipt for the delivery of these legal documents. Now they have to be mailed again, costing me time and money. I will be going to a different post office this time.

  If you can avoid this location, DO IT!!! I have an online store and have shipped thousands of packages over the years through USPS. Never in my life have I had to deal with a more combative, unprofessional, unpleasant, unhelpful employee. How this person still has a job is beyond me. ***Note the woman who accepts pre paid packages at the main door/drop off window loves conflict where there is none. Watched it happen to others and myself and then will proceed to THROW your packages in her bin if you dare push back to her behavior. I have made two official complaints to her supervisor clearly to no avail. I will be contacting USPS to follow up with them about this person. Completely unacceptable!!

  Very disappointing experience. I came to this Post Office to scan and ship a package, but the self-service machine was being occupied by a customer with more than 200 envelopes who was printing shipping labels. I went to the counter and politely asked the clerk, Melissa, if she could simply accept my package and give me a receipt. She refused, saying they were about to close. The problem is that I was already inside the office, and there were still about seven minutes left before the posted closing time. Instead of helping me with a simple transaction that would have taken less than a minute, Melissa refused to provide service and became argumentative when I tried to explain the situation. I completely understand that employees have closing procedures, but refusing to serve a customer who is already inside the office several minutes before closing—especially when the request is quick and straightforward—is unacceptable. The way Melissa handled this situation was unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope management reviews this incident, because customers should not be treated this way.

  They lost two of my packages worth over $800. I submitted a complaint on their website stating that I hadn't received them, but they replied claiming the packages had been delivered. I am absolutely certain they were never delivered; I checked all the surveillance footage, and no delivery was ever made.

  Worst post office. Completely disorganized. Everytime I come to pick up a package that I need to sign for but cannot because I work during the day it takes them literally 15 mins to locate the package. Today I waited the usual 15 mins only for them to come back and ask me to provide my phone number because they cannot find it and will need to call me tomorrow. So frustrating to speed out of work to make it before they close only to be told this. Get your stuff together!!
