Declined to serve me because I had too many letters, even though I waited in the line and asked him to go back to line and wait another cycle to send more certified mails. The problem is they are understaffed and give customers attitude like it is our fault we have to wait in line.

What the negative review is about then is the operation of this post office. There is only one person serving this area at a time. Rarely are there two people posted to recieve people. There has to be a better system put in place for this post office to run smoothly and orderly. No one should have to wait 45 mins to get through a line and the person servicing the window shouldn't work through a line of frustrated people by themselves. Please make the system better for everyone.
