- CCCrystalthegem3 days ago2.0I was there on Monday at 5 something and it had the longest line. We were on that line like 30 to 40 mins. The India clerk was alone working. He did a good job of handling the job by himself, but he made it clear that 3 of the workers called out. You need some floaters at this location so they can assist as needed. And I just read some reviews & forgot someone here stole my Mother's money orders about 10 yrs ago. It's crazy that when someone steals from the postal service they can go to prison. But they can steal from us & nothing is done wow!!!
- ZMZach Marion6 days ago1.0Kensington post office has continued to lose packages, deliver them to the wrong location, or mark them "nobody home" without even knocking. Do not bother trying the phone number, nobody will ever answer. I think we would be better off going back to the Pony Express at this point. (0 Stars isn't an option, so they get 1 unearned star).

- MSMehmet SİVASJul 6, 20261.0I had an incredibly unprofessional experience at this location on July 6, 2026. After arriving to drop off a return, I asked the clerk how customers are notified when it is their turn, as there was no audible or visual system in place. The clerk immediately became aggressive and hostile toward me. When I pushed back on his tone, he abruptly closed his counter and refused to process my package, forcing myself and other waiting customers to wait unnecessarily. When I requested a supervisor, the colleague working next to him joined in with the same aggressive attitude and even went as far as to suggest I "looked suspicious" for asking for help. The level of discrimination and sheer lack of professionalism at this branch is unacceptable. I have been a customer here before, but the way this team treats people is completely disrespectful. I hope management investigates these employees, as they are clearly not equipped to provide basic customer service. They also denied sharing the responsible person’s name for me to make an official complaint but i already did that.
