They have to wait until they finish checking their mobile phones before they look up and glance at you impatiently. I stood there waiting for more than 20 minutes to complete the business. I recorded it and the staff were playing with their phones.

They were delivering a rare 20th-century coin with a mintage of only a few thousand, and they simply delivered it to the wrong address. Now the coin is lost, and all they can do is shrug their shoulders and tell me to “check with the neighbors.” Absolutely terrible service and complete irresponsibility.
