- NLN D LSep 7, 20261.0Carriers refuse to deliver packages to designated apartments. Makes excuses and say delivery attempted when there wasn't an actual attempt made just lying. Every apartment building in Red Hook have elevators so its no excuse to why packages aren't being delivered just plain ole lazy ness. Why agree to deliver packages when the workers clearly don't want to do there jobs. Very frustrating!!
