- TGT GJul 20, 20261.0My mail is being held at this post office due to the fact that my buildings mailbox is broken.. however some of my mail is being delivered . Which makes zero sense. I went there this morning to collect my mail. Mind you I live in a building with 20+ residents. The postal worker took 2 minutes to get back to me to say I had no mail.. how is it possible to look through all that mail to tell me I dont have any.. i then asked the supervisor to check as well , same thing no mail.. what is actually going on here.. im sure it take longer than under 2 minutes to check through 20+ apt at my address. I'm going to make a formal complaint , im sure that they will continue to say I have no mail esp after they read this review.. Good luck to all that have there msil being held there.. they are incompetent.

After telling me she was unable to lift a large envelope, the associate refused to ask her coworker for assistance. She then told me that if I “didn’t stop rolling my eyes,” she was “about to come through the window.” I’m still not sure what she was referring to, as I was looking down at my phone reading emails and scrolling Instagram. Regardless, speaking to a customer—or anyone—that way is completely unacceptable. This wasn’t my first bad experience here. On my previous visit, the staff didn’t know how to process a package. If you have another post office nearby, I’d avoid this location.

The person who called to cancel the appointment gave no alternative appointment and couldn't say when the person would be back. Shocking level of disorganization. Avoid this post office if your time has any value.
