- SFSam Friedman4 days ago1.0The rudeness of the employees is consistently and shockingly high. Every time I know I have to go here, I have to mentally prepare myself for it. I just watched one casually toss my package into a bin. The box was marked “Fragile.” I’d be impressed by the apathy and indifference if I wasn’t so appalled and infuriated.

The clerks are so unhelpful and will chastise customers who arrive at a time they find to be too close to closing. I came there with ample time before closing and it wasn’t even crowded, 3 people in the whole post office. The clerk immediately told me I need to come earlier. Mind you, she had no idea what my morning consisted of. And then she repeatedly gave me incorrect information about my shipments that ultimately made it so that I could not mail my packages. I looked up everything she told me when I left, only to find none of it was true. Now I have to go to another post office on Monday. Avoid this location, it’s a waste of time and honestly should be evaluated for customer service.
