I scheduled a week in advance, just to show up and have the appointments cancelled because there’s no passport agent. No prior communication about the cancellation to save me a trip or options to reschedule. Waste of time and the staff doesn’t care, they get paid regardless. There are no repercussions for them or discount codes, they are still going to get $200+ from me while doing the bare minimum. If I could give this experience there zero stars I would.
