He was extremely impatient with my grandma who needed help correcting an address and didn’t even bother to maintain eye contact. Apparently, he has a bad reputation among locals already. I’m not sure if he’s having a bad day or what but it’s no excuse to let it out on innocent customers. Please do better USPS… I know you can.

The staff there have been extremely unhelpful and had a really bad attitude. One time I went to ship something, and there wasn’t even a single pen available at the packing area. I went to the counter to ask to borrow one, and the employee told me they only had one pen and couldn’t lend it out. Seriously—does the entire post office only have one pen? On top of that, even when the line was already stretching all the way to the door, they were completely unbothered, working very slowly and not addressing the long queue of waiting customers at all. It felt like they were ignoring the crowd entirely. It’s frustrating to see such poor service and lack of urgency in dealing with customers.
