Bring your own pen paper tape and anything you might need because they guard their pen like a newborn child and don’t stock any for purchase.
Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Only one to two windows open every time and lines can get very long.

Hours of operation is incorrect. States office opens at 9:00 AM and does not open until 9:35 AM. Long line waiting outside for the gates to open then we get inside and everyone is still “setting up”, you do not get service until around 10:00 AM. Everyone please manage your time wisely.. It is incredibly frustrating to stand outside waiting when customers have schedules to keep. If the operational hours have changed, the posted signs and online schedules need to be updated.

Very unfriendly and unhelpful service. The staff member was rude, impolite, and seemed unwilling to listen or make any effort to address the issue.
I explained that I have a full-time job and cannot repeatedly take time away from work to come to the post office to resolve an issue caused by USPS. Instead of being understanding or trying to help, the staff member responded by saying that she also has a full-time job.
I found that response very inappropriate and unprofessional. I also have a full-time job, and I was already taking time away from my work to address a problem that I did not cause. If a customer is making the effort to come in and resolve a USPS-related issue, the expectation should be that the staff will listen, provide assistance, and treat the customer respectfully.
Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating. The lack of courtesy, willingness to listen, and effort to help made an already difficult situation even worse.

Horrible service! The African American lady working at the first counter for passports was really racist. I came in for their walk in appointments on Sat. from 1-2PM. I was there 10 minutes early and I was lining up and then when I got to the front I was told to step aside. Then she proceeded to talk to the family behind me. Then, after more waiting she served that family first even though I was there first. I'm sure that it was racially motivated because I am Asian and she also turned away another Asian person. The Jewish family behind me got served first and then after waiting another 40 minutes, I was told that they were no longer doing walk ins for passports. I was there 10 minutes before 1PM and was one of the first ones there but she proceeded not to serve me but rather people behind me. As a result, I waited almost 2 hours and got nothing out of it. I would not recommend this office at all, not sure about the other staff there, but that particular lady at the first counter was the rudest person imaginable. I have done nothing wrong against her and she's discriminating against me because of my race. It's ridiculous and I hope the post office fires her. I would recommend that the post office needs to have stricter employee standards as I'm sure that any other person off the street would be a better employee than her.
