I had such a wonderful experience at this usps location. Ahmad specially helped me and was so patient with my situation. I give him a 10/10! We need more workers like him
This place confuse people for service. I had been waiting one line 1 for postage. A Spanish woman tell me to go line 4 for postage which is for passport and appointment services. Which make me go through argument with skip line. Plus the floor which there is no line

The staff are super rude, especially the middle aged Chinese man (rounder face). He was extremely impatient with my grandma who needed help correcting an address and didn’t even bother to maintain eye contact.
Apparently, he has a bad reputation among locals already. I’m not sure if he’s having a bad day or what but it’s no excuse to let it out on innocent customers. Please do better USPS… I know you can.

After reading other people’s reviews of this post office, I couldn’t help but share my own experience. The staff there have been extremely unhelpful and had a really bad attitude.
One time I went to ship something, and there wasn’t even a single pen available at the packing area. I went to the counter to ask to borrow one, and the employee told me they only had one pen and couldn’t lend it out. Seriously—does the entire post office only have one pen?
On top of that, even when the line was already stretching all the way to the door, they were completely unbothered, working very slowly and not addressing the long queue of waiting customers at all. It felt like they were ignoring the crowd entirely.
It’s frustrating to see such poor service and lack of urgency in dealing with customers.
