  Obviously they always open 20 minutes late and will try to close 20 minutes early. They will be annoyed to see you coming in. In other words, incompetent as any other public office.

  The Torment of Receiving a Package On Saturday the 9th, I was expecting a package that was mysteriously marked as “delivery attempted at 5:31 PM.” No delivery was attempted. I was home the entire time. The electronic notice then informed me that I could pick up the item at the designated post office starting Monday, May 11. Dutifully, I showed up—only to stand in line for nearly an hour before being told the package wasn’t ready. At this point, “bad service” feels too charitable a description. Inept and dysfunctional are closer to the mark. With this level of operational failure, it’s hard not to conclude that serious steps toward privatizing the USPS should be considered. Get your act together, people.

  THIS POST OFFICE IS TRASH. DIRTY INSIDE AND OUT. I REALLY DONT KNOW WHAT TO SAY ABOUT THE WORKERS IF THEY HAVENT COMPLAINT OF THEIR WORK CONDITIONS. RATS, HOMELESSNESS, FECES ON THE STREET NEXT TO ENTRANCE. WHO EVER IS IN CHARGE OF THIS LOCATION, I GUESS REALLY THINKS LOW OF THE PEOPLE WHO USE IT. ITS A DISGRACE.

  Hoy 22 de abril del 2026 tuve mi cita para el pasaporte de mi bebé, llegué a tiempo pero había una larga fila y le pregunto a señora que estaba cerrando un paquete que si trabaja allá, ella me dijo que no, pero que si tenía cita que me acercara a una señora de suéter rosa que estaba haciendo un envío, yo salgo de la fila y me acerco a la señora, Dios mío para que fue eso, la señora que atendía le preguntó inmediatamente que si yo andaba con ella y como respondió que no me conocía “La mujer que atendía me dijo LAS COSAS me ofendió de una manera tan grande y no me dejó abrir la boca ni para pedir disculpas 💔 . Y efectivamente después cuando llegó mi turno dijo que no podía atendernos porque ya había pasado nuestra hora (Pero la hora se los hizo esperando) si tienen posibilidad de ir a otro lugar vayan! MUY MAL SERVICIO (La que atendía era blanca, rubia)

  I am writing to formally report the unacceptable conditions and service at this post office location. During my visit, I waited approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes in line in a facility without air conditioning. The lobby was poorly maintained, with essential materials such as forms and envelopes unavailable and scattered. More concerning was the conduct of staff. An employee raised her voice at multiple customers, including myself, creating a hostile and unprofessional environment. Additionally, there appeared to be inadequate consideration for seniors and individuals with disabilities, with no clear accommodations or assistance offered. These issues reflect a serious lapse in customer service standards, facility maintenance, and accessibility. I have documented these conditions and hope appropriate action is taken to address them.
