Least favorite USPS location hands down. If other customers aren't exhibiting behaviors out of sheer frustration, staff will be unhelpful. 3 out of my 5 last visits- I was able to successfully complete my intended transaction. Terrible odds for a government agency, supposed to be about efficiency paid for by us USA taxpayers. This location certainly not worth its operation costs- something is ALWAYS down, always an excuse why your package can't be located(after youve been waiting almost 90 minutes of course. The 7th layer of Hell incarnate. I'd give ZERO stars if it would let me

Still one of the worse post offices to go to. They waste your time completely. Hire some new staff.

Genuinely the the worst of the worst. They always are losing packages. They lost already two of my packages. They are literally unreachable through the phone If your item is getting shipped by this USPS Just cancel it because there’s a 5050 You might see that package. Never had any other issues with any other post office, but this one.

Our experience at this post office was nothing short of a disaster. We attempted to apply for a passport **three separate times**, and every single visit was a complete failure due to the incompetence, lack of communication, and unbelievably rude staff. All of this while trying to manage the logistics of traveling with a newborn.
**Visit #1:** We arrived during the posted walk-in passport hours that were clearly listed on the USPS website. The staff flatly insisted they "don't do walk-ins." Even after we showed them the official hours online, they refused to honor them or offer any explanation. We were simply dismissed and sent away.
**Visit #2:** We scheduled an appointment. As any parent of a newborn knows, things don't always go according to plan, and we arrived 10 minutes after our scheduled start time. Passport appointments are allocated in 15-minute blocks, so we were technically still within our appointment window. Instead of showing even the slightest bit of empathy or flexibility, they told us they had already canceled our appointment and refused to help us in any way. To make matters worse, the post office was completely empty. There wasn't a single customer waiting, and the employees had nothing to do. Yet they thought it was perfectly acceptable to send us away after we had walked there in 100-degree heat carrying our newborn.
**Visit #3:** Determined to finally get this done, we walked there again—this time in pouring rain—and arrived 10 minutes early. Only then were we informed that the passport acceptance employee was on vacation. No phone call. No email. No cancellation notice. No attempt whatsoever to let us know that our appointment couldn't be honored. We made the trip for absolutely nothing.
I've dealt with plenty of government offices over the years, but this was by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. The staff were consistently rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help, even in situations where a tiny amount of common sense or basic courtesy would have solved the problem.
If you're thinking about applying for a passport here, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Save yourself the wasted trips, the frustration, and the appalling treatment. Based on our experience, I wouldn't recommend coming here for any service at all.
