- AZAngela ZhouOct 5, 20261.0I had an absolutely terrible experience at this location. I came in to drop off a simple Amazon return, and the staff completely refused to tape the box for me. Instead of providing basic customer service, they tried to charge me $1.50 just for a small piece of tape. The employee was incredibly unhelpful, unprofessional, and rude about the whole situation. I definitely won't be returning to this store.
- KOK ONeillSep 19, 20265.0I have been going to the store for many years. I read some of the terrible reviews. It depends on who you get! Recently I have interacted with Muhammed , who greets you with a smile , asks you how you’re doing and is pleasant throughout your transaction just wanted to give him a mention !
- JPJames PowellSep 11, 20265.0The gentlemen behind the counter were both professional and friendly. They treated each of us like they knew us, and like our package was something they were sending to a family member, while they moved at a quick, yet respectful pace.
- ARAlexandra RSep 6, 20261.0Google Maps said - open until 5PM. Carried a package here to find out they are closed.
- GSGuilherme SakosigueSep 5, 20261.0Never saw employees with such a bad attitude and lazy in my entire life.
