  Thank you so much to Nick for helping my family out! We had a few weird items we needed to pack up for a flight that were fragile, and he went above and beyond and even helped us carry it out of the store. Amazing service, thanks a bunch.

  Store location did not have the standard UPS sticky slip-in pouches for printed labels in stock (provided free), but then wanted to use the resolution of charging me to tape a UPS label that I had paid for prior to coming in. Not convenient for the customer or good customer service. I am editing my review because the store owner used a carbon copy AI generated response. UPS is providing a service- they shouldn't inconvenience the customer for a lack of supplies- especially to insult them to charge them for an alternative!

  I always use this UPS Store for their shipping and shopping services, and they are always fast, reliable, and friendly. A big thank you to the Store manager, who runs a fantastic team and always goes out of their way to make sure customers are taken care of Genuine, top-tier service that is hard to find these days. Highly recommend this location

  Thursday June 18th 2026 refusal of service Unacceptable and unprofessional.The Indian employee, Leo, skinny guy lacks basic English proficiency, making communication nearly impossible. Worse, he has an incredibly arrogant attitude, arguing with customers as if he runs the place. If this is how the staff behaves, I seriously question the owner's hiring practices and oversight. Leo needs to be terminated immediately—he is a massive liability to this business.I am contacting corporate to ensure this is investigated
