  I was super lucky to be helped out earlier this month by Nick. I lost my phone, located it on the “Find My” app. I’d left it at a restaurant that has no phone number. This UPS is neighboring it and I tried my luck I called to see if someone could take a peek. I didn’t realize it was after hours when I called and I was lucky Nick picked up! He graciously wrapped and put it in an uber I called to myself, and got it back safe and soundly thanks to him! If I could leave 50 stars for him I would!

  Employee was rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Didn’t let me return more than 10 items. Don’t waste your time there

  I came in without an appointment for a notary on a Thursday morning. The whole process took 5 minutes. Highly recommend!

  I had the immense pleasure of working with a guy named Nick to get a return package shipped out on a busy Saturday in July. It was hot, there was a line, and there were technical issues on the UPS side - despite what I'm sure must have been a long and stressful day, Nick was nothing but kind, polite, and professional. He went above and beyond to get my package shipped despite the technical difficulties. Beyond that, while he was assisting me he was actively helping his own team members with work-arounds for the technical glitch so that they could continue serving other customers as well. What could have ended up as a store full of hot and angry shippers was instead turned into a bunch of happy and satisfied customers thanks to the dedication and hard work of Nick. He is a credit to the store and I would give his service 10 stars if I could
