  Very rude service and charged me 4 dollars for one stripe of tape on Amazon return box. Will never come back again

  I went to this store for years, but the younger man who works here is incrediblely rude and demeaning to customers, especially women. I've noticed it at least a dozen times. I finally stepped in to address it after a particular rude interaction and was met with sarcasm. I sent an email to the store manager (who is very pleasant) but never received a response. So I switched to the 5th ave UPS, which has been miles better. More organized and kind. Recently, I had to go back to this 7th ave location (over a year later), and the younger man was still working there and lo and behold, witnessed him being rude to a woman. Please address this behavior. It seems as though many other reviewers have mentioned it, emails have been sent, and individuals have intervened, yet nothing has changed.

  Do not go here. I went to the UPS today to return Amazon items. There were no customers in the store worker there was incredibly rude. Told me I had to bag my own items and then he didn’t give me enough bags Wjen i pointed this out he said he woild give me more ince I bagged the first ines He continhed to be extremely rude complaining he was busy. They are not the only place in town to return Amazon packages. You can go to the UPS on 5th Ave Staples Whole Foods don’t go here.
