  Do NOT go here. You will get scammed. I pre-paid for a return shipping label from a vendor. The 2 guys at the store refused to print the label and had me use their computer to log in to my email to print labels. Then they tell me their is a charge to use their printer because they refused to scan the barcode on my phone. Then they charged me to use their protective label holder. I brought my own tape, but they gave me more BS saying their delivery driver does not accept my black colored tape, giving be BS that they won't accept it unless I use their tape. Then they charged me another $6 for their labor to stick a piece of tape on the box. I paid extra to the guys running scams at UPS on top of what I already paid for a pre-paid shipping label.

  This was literally the most unpleasant experience in a store I have ever had which says a lot. I wanted to print some documents and the employee told me to scan the QR code for the instructions and do it self-serve which I did. I handled everything on my own and went to pay all the while watching this employee yell like customers and tell them to leave. When I got up to pay, I was charged the full price for the “computer usage fee”, even though I was only on the computer for 10 minutes maximum and in the instructions it clearly states “prorated for usage” which I pointed out and the employee said “I don’t know what prorated means,” and began to yell at me. He yelled at me again he told me to leave and told me to never come back. Sometimes you have to go to UPS to return stuff or print, but honestly if there’s anyway to avoid this store DO IT AT ALL COST.

  The employee there, the one with a goatee, is extremely rude and gives you a hard time for just returning items. It looks like scanning 3 barcodes is too much to ask. He is a horrible human and should be removed from working with people.

  I’ve come into this UPS store on multiple occasions and the service has been outstanding in all aspects. The staff is very attentive, polite and helpful in all aspects especially Milo who goes above and beyond! Definitely recommend it for any shipping needs
