  This UPS store is my go to for my returns, pickup packages, shipping, printing papers, making copies ETC. When I roll in they know me by name, they're friendly, respectful and very efficient. The store is always organized and they're always willing to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else, even if I moved. Lol. Thanks Guys!

  I signed up to return two Amazon packages at this location. I trudged through the pouring rain today with the items, and arrived at 5:20 PM, a full 40 minutes before closing, only to find them already closed with the shutters down. The UPS website clearly states, as does Google Maps, that this location is open until 6 PM on Sunday. Now I have nothing to show for my half mile walk through the rain and I'm forced to make another trip here during a busier time, or I won't get my Amazon refund. Unacceptable.

  TERRIBLE customer service. Particularly from the only woman in the store. She was short with an insane Napoleon complex. She yelled at me moments after entering the store, for a mistake she made (which she did not apologize for once corrected). She yelled at me a second time after I had already conducted business with another associate and left the store. She took the time to follow me down the block and yell at me, yards away from the long line of customers that awaited assistance outside of the store. Instead of trying to help them, she thought her time would better be served shouting at me. Her shouting at me ended with her threatening to void the package I just received a receipt for dropping off. I have worked in customer service before, I know during busy hours things can get overwhelming. But something you should never do is take your frustrations out on a customer. In moments of tension, an associate should always keep their calm. Instead, she addressed me with tension while I kept my calm. Very backwards.

  Always a 30 minute wait line out the door and down the block. Then is often attitude and excuses when you come in. Today I waited in line for 30 minutes only to be told that they were too busy to give me my package that had arrived for pick up yesterday. He said, "come back tomorrow I haven't had time to go through the packages yet." And even if that was okay the way they talk to you and treat you like you're in their way is awful. Definitely reported multiple experiences to their corporate office.
