  I love this store — which is a weird thing to say about a UPS — but the staff is great, and it’s a neighborhood staple. They are small but mighty. People who work here are genuinely helpful and compassionate. They do what they can for you and are kind to each other too. They have clear systems and know where everything is in their store even though it looks a little cluttered. There is generally a line and it’s a bit cramped, so know that going in if you’re going to complain about it. But I don’t mind at all for the service I get. Amazon returns going through UPS became a thing after they were in this spot, and they’re doing an amazing job handling the volume in my opinion.
