  ​I had the absolute worst customer service experience with UPS. ​It all started on Monday, July 20th, when they failed to deliver my package. They said they would retry the next day, but since I had to work, I decided to pay $12 extra to reschedule the delivery for Friday, July 24th. I spent the entire day waiting at home on Friday—putting my own schedule on hold—only for nobody to show up and no tracking updates to be provided. ​That same Friday night, I filed a lost package claim. Fast forward to Tuesday, July 28th: UPS informed me that the package would be delivered between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. I asked for permission at work to leave early just to be home before 2:00 PM. Unbelievably, UPS decided to attempt the delivery earlier at 1:00 PM instead. ​At 2:00 PM, I called customer support to request a redelivery that same day. They promised a manager would call me with a delivery time. No one called. I called again at 5:00 PM, and they gave me the exact same line: that the issue was "escalated" and guaranteed it would be delivered that day. Once again, nobody called, and no package arrived. ​I called a third time at 10:30 PM and demanded to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor assured me the issue was escalated and confirmed my package would be delivered on Thursday, July 30th. ​The very next morning (Wednesday, July 29th) at 6:00 AM, I woke up to a notification stating my package was being returned to the sender. I could not believe it. UPS completely ignored the $12 delivery change I paid for, and they broke every promise made by their supervisors. ​Today, Thursday at 12:00 PM, I called again to check on the delivery, and the representative bluntly told me that "nothing can be done" and the package is already on its way back to the sender. ​UPS not only lied to me repeatedly and wasted my paid time off at work, but they also took my money for a service they never provided and refused to take responsibility. Terrible management, zero accountability, and horrendous customer support.

  The Ralph Avenue UPS store is top-notch. Work truly gets done there. The staff and supervisor are friendly and professional. I had a document that needed printing and faxed. They almost referred me to Staples, but they took me on and painstakenly worked through the formatting issues before they printed and faxed the document for me. They've delivered packages for me in the past too. Great service! Update: I received a recent claim resolution letter with a favorable decision and I express my appreciation for the UPS staff who helped me with my document. It was definitely a contributing factor in terms of getting the info to the service provider. Give her a raise! God bless you!

  I am a senior citizen. I went to this particular post office to get a money order. After standing on line for 15 to 20 minutes, when I finally reached the window the clerk said she don't do money orders and that I would have to wait 30 minutes until the lady come back. It's a heatwave and she was rude to me.
