    I am extremely dissatisfied with UPS delivery experience. I was home during the delivery attempt and even opened the door, yet the driver completely ignored the fact that someone was available to receive the package. The driver never attempted to complete the delivery, did not check whether the door was open, and simply left a failed delivery notice. The notice itself was completely empty and contained no useful instructions. It did not state where the package had been taken, where it could be picked up, or that I would need a government-issued ID to retrieve it. As a result, I spent a large part of my day trying to locate my package and determine where it had been dropped off. After eventually discovering that the package had been left at Staples, I made a trip there only to find out that I needed identification for pickup. This requirement had never been communicated by UPS, the driver, or the pickup location, resulting in yet another wasted trip and additional inconvenience. Both the delivery driver and the pickup process failed in their responsibilities. The delivery was not properly attempted despite me being home, no meaningful delivery instructions were provided, and critical pickup information was never communicated. This experience caused unnecessary frustration, wasted my time, and fell well below the level of service I expect from UPS. I would appreciate an explanation of why a proper delivery attempt was not made and why no clear pickup instructions or identification requirements were provided. Thanks!

    Sometimes there can be a line, but the associates are always friendly and helpful. Parking can be difficult but plenty of meter parking. The store is always clean and pleasant to be in. The location i proximity to entrance to the bridge and belt is very convenient.

    This UPS location goes out of its way to make everything harder on customers. You need a single piece of tape? It’s gonna cost you. You need prints done? It’s a $5 surcharge for a single print. They also don’t even know how to use their own equipment. I sent something here that was 4x6 and they could not figure out how to print it correctly and still expected me to pay for the wrong job. I had to show them how to print something not to scale, and then they argued with me for the money for the prints they did wrong. The only person there who has any business working with the public is the young man with the mustache. T

    i dropped off my package here and waited a few days and my package hasnt moved the last scan when i dropped it off here at 93rd st, i asked the guy he said he was there that the ups driver had picked up the package on friday which was march 20 @4pm so i filed a claim and i sent all the evidence pics of actual drop off receipt the images of actual item and box with label attached on it, i always take a pictures of my item and box and everything for evedince but they said my document is still not complete om my file, its either the employee at the store who took it or the driver coz that was the last scan. idk how u guys fix this kind of problem if u guys talk to ur employees in house or to the driver and look through the camera, so it wont happen again. people still be stealing package shi crazy. and i always use this UPS store .
