  Been returning stuff to Amazon through this location for almost 20 years. Sometimes there’s a line but the staff are usually on the ball, even though it seems like different kids every few weeks/months.

  Honestly the reason I’m giving this review is because one of the workers was very rude. She told me to move out of the way (in that wording), knowing that I was communicating with one of the staff members. The reason she had said that was because the delivery guy was trying to get packages by me but there was genuinely no space for me to go since the computer was in that space and I had to communicate with the staff member by standing there. I moved a few times but the delivery guy lashed out on me without saying excuse me and instead of being nice, she also lashed out…I don’t remember her name but she is short and chubby. I don’t understand why people like that who have terrible attitudes and are just miserable are hired to work these jobs. Seriously, this is an issue. I appreciate the other two workers, I also don’t know their names but they were kind and respectful about it and one of them reassured me, telling me to not think too much about it because the delivery guy is like that with them too. I’ve never experienced anything like this before and to be honest I’m not even sure what I did wrong. I wished I had replied back in the moment but I didn’t want to cause trouble especially for the kind worker. This is not okay, genuinely.

  Everyone was polite and welcoming at this store. Returns were easy, as always with UPS.
