Very disappointing drop-off experience. We came into this UPS Store on September 30, 2026, around 7:00 p.m. with 16 packages to drop off. We asked the employee if we could use a trolley to help bring the packages in, but he basically ignored the request and simply told us they only accept a maximum of 15 packages. Because we had 16 packages instead of 15, he refused the entire drop-off rather than offering any kind of reasonable solution or assistance. It was especially frustrating because we were only one package over the limit. The lack of customer service and willingness to help was disappointing. Even if there is a 15-package policy, there are much better and more professional ways to communicate it and assist customers.

This place is joke after coming here for years this will be my last time coming. If you have to mail a package go to the post office on 27th easy and a hundred times cheaper. They charged me $24 for a cardboard box crazy I thought they was gonna charge me to borrow the tape. The package costing a $158 to mail is straight crazy but what ever. This store is like a straight assembly line no character and all anyone can say is I just work here. Today they no taking cards ok that’s reasonable but I go get cash the manager tells me we don’t take hundred my bill is $185 so I had to go make change and come back. Not my fault everyone in the store looks 12 and you can’t trust to take bills but at least have it posted somewhere cause if you not taking cards post your cash rules. Anywho they lost my business manager had a idgaf attitude so I won’t spend my money here no return my Amazon packages either
