  Amazon keeps telling me my returns aren’t making it back. It only happens when I return items at this location. The store manager acts like he doesn’t know what I’m talking about when I ask and just directs me to the UPS customer service number. Something’s weird

  Very friendly and helpful service at this location. The team in here is always kind and patient which is not always an easy job when handling other people’s shipping issues all day. Definitely glad to have this as my neighborhood location.

  Arguably the worst UPS franchise I've ever set foot in. I carried a large box from my home to their store for a free return with Amazon, and I was told it would cost me $4 to tape the top of the box. When I said that I found that pricing excessive, I was elegantly told by one of the employees: "It's inflation. You could also go back home, tape it and bring it back". As it turns out, I went to the UPS Store on Franklin and India for a box of a similar size three days earlier, and they don't charge you for taping there. The one on North 7th in Williamsburg charges $1 for that service. The employees of both stores were in disbelief when I told them about this. And let's not even mention here how often the store on Nassau closes randomly or doesn't follow business hours, as other reviewers have mentioned here.

  Store location did not have the standard UPS sticky slip-in pouches for printed labels in stock (provided free), but then wanted to use the resolution of charging me to tape a UPS label that I had paid for prior to coming in. Not convenient for the customer or good customer service. I am editing my review because the store owner used a carbon copy AI generated response. UPS is providing a service- they shouldn't inconvenience the customer for a lack of supplies- especially to insult them to charge them for an alternative!

  I love this store so much because the people are so lovely and give excellent service. It’s great to know that there are some real New Yorkers left in this gentrified neighborhood full of rich white transplants who do nothing but complain about retail workers. I’m so happy the workers are getting to celebrate this historic moment. LGK!!
