  I come here all the time to drop off my packages and Amazon returns. They are so quick and efficient! Sulayman has helped me many times and he always goes out of his way to work quickly and be resourceful when I have questions about how to ship. Definitely a great place to stop off, there is almost never a line!

  I come here often to drop off a few returns and overall a good store, however there is one employee who looks like she/he never wants to be there and everytime they are working, there is a line outside the door. Line was so long today i ended up waiting 10 minutes before I left because it did not move. That 1 employee likes to move slow every other employee moves fast

  Uzair was extremely helpful, patient and kind with a complex return order. They took the time to actually explain the policies and procedures instead of making me feel inferior for not knowing. You don’t see this kind of customer service every day. Because of him, this is now my preferred UPS!
