Since new management has taken over coming to this UPS location has been so seamless and easy whatever the new Management is doing is working.

And today I went in for a notary signature and once again so nice and quick! Such a pleasant ups store we’re lucky to have in our neighborhood!!

Serena was helping me with a QR code that just would not scan, instead of brushing it off or getting frustrated, they actually problem-solved it. They tried scanning it through their camera, and when that didn’t work, they took a photo and somehow made it go through. I was honestly impressed. Kenneth stepped in too and was just as helpful—both of them clearly know what they’re doing and actually care about getting things done right. They were also really friendly and easy to talk to, which goes a long way. You can tell there’s new management because the vibe is noticeably better. Super smooth experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back here for returns instead of dreading it. Serena rocks!
