  The UPS Store is under new management, and you can really tell the difference. Much better service, friendlier staff, and the store is noticeably cleaner and more organized. Great improvement overall!

  Super helpful staff! I typically bring my Amazon returns to this store. However, on a recent return via the Amazon website, I attempted to select this location but it did not populate on the Amazon return prompts. I called the store and spoke with Andy (sp?). Andy was super helpful and let me know they are still accepting Amazon returns; so long as my Amazon return slip was for a UPS store I could bring it to this one no problem (juse make sure it's UPS and not like Whole Foods or another type of store). The issue of the store not populating seems to be with Amazon and not UPS. The phone was answered quickly and my answer sorted out :) Thank you Andy!

  +1 to new management completely turning things around at this location. I used to dread having to go here (long slow lines, rude employees,etc). It’s 100% better now. I’ve never had to wait in line, it’s speedy, and now has super helpful and friendly employees. Amazing addition to the neighbor. Thank you new management!

  Really appreciative that UPS opened up a location here. The other nearby drop off points are pretty far away and given the volume that I see at this location it tells me that it was much needed. This location has had a drastic positive change since the new management has come in. The previous team was great but under the new management, the experience is more seamless, the lines are either short or move quickly, and the business is open according to the business hours. Really glad this has been added to northern Greenpoint. Good job to the team here, solid customer service.

  Shout out to the new management team turning things around. Completely different vibe and experience now. Much more professional, courteous, and helpful. All around improved experience.
