- TBTigran Bro1 day ago1.0Total chaos and a lack of respect for customers at this branch. There are constantly huge lines, yet only one of the three service windows is open. The staff has absolutely no idea how to interact with people; they respond to inquiries about tracking a package with rudeness. Does the company's management actually monitor this branch's operations? The service is stuck in the last century. Until you change your attitude toward customers, your services are simply unusable.
