  I have been a mailbox customer here since they have opened. I have only ever had one incident of a package gone missing in all those years, but the manager was so responsive and quick to remedy this situation. 95% of the employees are so helpful and incredible despite how busy it gets and when situations outside of their control happen. Like any business or organization, there is always some employees that can be more pleasant, but it is rare here. My steadfast guy here, the tall young guy with glasses is always there to help me with my packages and all the little things that come with chaos of the mailing and shipping business He is always calm,reasonable, and understanding. I think what it comes down to is patience. Sometimes it is just one person working both pickups,returns,and shipping while there is no ac/system failure. Alot of returns are stipulated and regulated by powers beyond them and they have to follow directions to a tee, the same way we should be following the way returns are requested. Neither UPS,Fedex,Amazon,DHL, or USPS are a perfect business, but the team here really has always tried and been a pleasure to work with these past couple years.

  Don’t waste your time go to a different store. Rude and they over charge you.

  I’m going to give this place a 3 because half of the employees are kind and helpful but had to get on here and mention one person who is extremely rude and seems to hate his job. A tall slender white man with glasses is the guy who turned what should be a good experience into a negative. Just a warning if you don’t have an easy shipment he will turn you away for just about any reason

  I had clear written instructions from Verizon for how to return my wifi equipment through a UPS store, but this store would not follow the simple outlined process. They demanded an order number that does not exist anywhere in the return instructions, and which I was not able to receive from Verizon before moving out of state. I recommend finding any other option for shipping and printing in the neighborhood. For Verizon specifically, return your equipment directly to one of their stores if feasible.

  I had a great experience at this UPS store. The proprietor was very gracious and went out of his way to accomodate.
