  *RUDE EMPLOYEE* I went in this Morning. No one else was there. I said good morning to the employee, I’m not sure if he responded. A few minutes later he said “what do you need” I walked over to the counter and said I have a few returns. He then stared at me with a blank face and says “ok. use the kiosk” as he points to it. I said can you do it? He then aggressively says “why?” I said I’d rather if you did it. He says again (this time more aggressive) “what’s the difference? use the kiosk“ so I go, return 2 amazon packages no problem. But my 3rd package Was a happy return and the machine said something like “this kiosk does not support happy returns, please see employee for assistance“ SURPRISE SURPRISE. Turns out the RUDE and LAZY employee had to do HIS JOB! He said his name was Nian (short balding guy, somewhere in his 30’s). everyone is usually helpful at this location EXCEPT for him. Such a nasty person.

  This place lost a $600 jacket once The 2nd incident, i came to have my packagw weighed for drop off but I was told they don’t show a weight on prepaid label. I called all the ups around this area and they said otherwise.

  If you want to print something go to any other location. They charge you to use their computer. You can’t just email it to the ups store email. If I knew before would’ve went to a different location
