  I came to the store before they opened. Before offering to wait I asked for various alternatives. First I was told there was no internet to process the QR code that I have wait for their technician. Who wouldn’t be in until 9:15a.. The time now is 9:13a est standard. When I checked the status of the QR code. It says I can also process the return at the local post office. My time was wasted, when theirs all could have been avoided. An hour goes by and I have to keep checking with the clerk, not the other way around. Just an empty line and empty servicemen. Thank Goodness I took the initiative to leave.

  Terrible customer service! I wanted to ship a high value package and was advised by UPS website to have a driver or a UPS representative signing the package when I drop it off. The representative refused to sign on the papers saying that only the driver can sign which was not correct. She said she doesn’t want to sign on package , because she doesn’t want to be responsible. Obviously the driver was not on site so I had to take the package with me .the incident caused me to get late to work, but was solved by using FedEx that didn’t require all this nonsense and was even cheaper.

  I came here because I choose the happy return service but when I arrive there they said they don’t have online service. It’s out of service and they don’t know when they’re gonna fix it so now the happy return became unhappy return. online service. As a shipping store, their service is broken, but the staff said they don’t know how long is gonna take to get this done. This is ridiculous. The UPS doesn’t have customer service at all.

  *RUDE EMPLOYEE* I went in this Morning. No one else was there. I said good morning to the employee, I’m not sure if he responded. A few minutes later he said “what do you need” I walked over to the counter and said I have a few returns. He then stared at me with a blank face and says “ok. use the kiosk” as he points to it. I said can you do it? He then aggressively says “why?” I said I’d rather if you did it. He says again (this time more aggressive) “what’s the difference? use the kiosk“ so I go, return 2 amazon packages no problem. But my 3rd package Was a happy return and the machine said something like “this kiosk does not support happy returns, please see employee for assistance“ SURPRISE SURPRISE. Turns out the RUDE and LAZY employee had to do HIS JOB! He said his name was Nian (short balding guy, somewhere in his 30’s). everyone is usually helpful at this location EXCEPT for him. Such a nasty person.
