  UPS delivered my package here and the manager refused to give it to me. There was no one in the store, employees were milling around doing nothing, and he would not take the time to go in the back to look for my package because it was apparently against his policy to do so. I needed it urgently, and he was incredibly rude. If you need something from UPS in this neighborhood, go to the actual UPS store on 4th Ave.

  I had a great experience here. The staff was extremely patient, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. They took the time to answer my questions, helped me organize and print a large amount of documents, and made a very stressful day much easier for me. I truly appreciated their kindness and support. Highly recommend this place if you need printing, copying, or shipping services.

  This ups store is split between ups & a pharmacy. Its currently under renovations. However, the service is extremely slow and customer service is not even mediocre at best. I wasnt impressed and I won't ever return. Seriously get it together.
