  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We visited the Staples in Bay Ridge to take passport pictures for our daughter, and we had a wonderful experience. The manager who was in charge of taking the photos was extremely helpful, patient, and kind to our daughter throughout the process. They made everything smooth and comfortable for us as parents, and we truly appreciated the professionalism and friendly service. Thank you for the excellent customer care!

  Bayridge Staples id one of the nicest branches. Staff in here are very helpful. It s my go to place whenever I need anything related to work and office.

  Horrible! The employees were not helpful. I needed to send a fax and she told me to go to the computer it was self serve. Upon pre authorizing my credit card and being charged 50 cents per minute. Took me 4 bucks to find out that wasn't where The fax services were. They were directly from the large copy machine. Again pre authorize my card and the paper gets jammed.. no help i figured out how to un jam it. Then I attempt to fax 10 sheets plus cover. I put the number in and wow I'm making progress this is really important stuff to me! So I'm excited only to find out they wanted to charge me almost 30 bucks to fax 11 sheets to Albany from brooklyn. There's a little message reminding me it's a long distance number(a feeble attempt to justify getting bent over the copier with my face smeared on the window and Staples proceeded to administer cruel and unusual punishment to me and my credit card!!! By the was there was no sign of any lubricants involved not even a smile. That was apparent from the first document getting stuck in staples rear end! Thanks but no thanks. I had a fax machine and it costs like a phone call which is maybe a quarter because there is no sick thing as long distance unless it's abroad. So I quickly hit cancel and staples thankfully pulled out and left me walk out limping just a bit.. I thought I'd let ppl know about my traumatic experience with that. Thanks for reading!!
