  I had EXCELLENT customer service from this location 👏🏽 Kudos to Rebecca for making me feel like the only customer there. I had an unexpected loss in my family and needed some things done at staples and she was AMAZING!!!The following day I received a call just to check up on me and my family to see how we were coping with our recent loss. 💔

  On September 11, 2026, at approximately 6:55 PM, I had a very disappointing experience with the employee handling Amazon returns. I was completing several returns and had my QR codes prepared. Unfortunately, the service inside the building was poor, so there were a few seconds between each return while the next QR code loaded. Rather than allowing me a reasonable amount of time, the employee became visibly impatient and repeatedly complained about how long it was taking. He told me that I should have had all of the codes ready beforehand and spoke to me in an unnecessarily aggressive and confrontational tone. At one point, he even began assisting someone else while I was still in the middle of completing my returns. When my sister calmly explained that we had several returns and asked why he appeared to be rushing us, his attitude became even more argumentative. We waited our turn in line just like every other customer and should have been given the same courtesy and respect, regardless of how many returns we needed to complete. Throughout the interaction, he mumbled comments under his breath and even referred to the situation as “nonsense.” His behavior was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate for someone working in a customer-facing position. Customers should not be made to feel rushed, belittled, or verbally accosted simply because they have multiple returns or because a QR code takes a few seconds to load. This was an extremely unpleasant experience and some of the poorest customer service I have received. His conduct did not reflect someone who values being part of the Staples team or providing respectful service to Staples customers. I hope management reviews this interaction and addresses the employee’s behavior, because no customer should be treated this way.
