  No frills basic stop for prints really. Outside of that, you may find the occasional sale items. I mainly for prints and sometimes package drop off. They have the basics with paper, chairs and office supplies. There is also a party city section on the walk in left side near cash registry.

  Their printer return label never works, whenever you try to return something it’s always an excuse about why they can’t take the package. I went there 2x in a row and my package return got declined. Not sure why they are an Amazon drop off location.

  The store on Utica Avenue, in Brooklyn, has the best staff. Darnell, Silas, and Matt the manager, are all personable, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to make a customer feel valued!

  I came to this location to do my first ever Amazon return. When I got to the register, I let the associate know that this is my first time so please bear with me and if possible can you kindly please walk me through the process. SHE DISMISSED ALL OF THAT! Took out her device and asked for a QR code. I then asked what QR code? She then proceeded to roll her eyes, huff and puff and say " you didn't even answer the questions yet"..... sweetie I just told you I don't know the process. So as I stood to the side and watched her, take other customers while I completed the process, she was very arrogant with them, not welcoming and not pleasant.. The customer after me was an older guy who was having the same issue. ( so now there is two of us completing the process at the side) So she calls the next guest #3 that lady didn't have any issues she was in and out. I said OK I am done. But she ignores me and calls next (#4 ) I looked at her and I said I just told you I'm finished, why would you call her over . She continues to huff and puff. I did not scatter my things all over-the-counter so I had everything piled up. She scanned my first item no problem then there is two items together, but she just scans it as one and throws it in the box. So I said that is two different packages. I have another code. She responds " So why would you put them together"?? and aggressively take the two items back out of the box. I don't know what her problem was, but when working in retail you have to be pleasant to others. After she finished scanning all of my items, she just proceeded to the next guest. So I asked her is that all? do I get a receipt? She said no that's it. So then I ended the transaction with, I don't know what your problem is, but you need to fix your attitude when dealing with customers, you need to be pleasant and or welcoming ! hopefully your day gets better thank you for your assistance. Have a great day." I used to be a manager at one of the biggest stores in Times Square, I had to deal with Tourists, game day releases, overnight shifts during holidaya , so I can understand the frustration but one thing I would never do is take it out on a customer . Because without customers there's no job. !
