  I came to this staples stressed about time unsure if I could get the banner made within my short timeframe or not especially since the website told me it would take a week to ship to me. Cue Nicole: I go up to the counter, do a mediocre job of explaining what I want and get the friendliest person I've met in a while giving me some of the best service I've ever received. I asked for advice about prices, she gave it happily, advice about products, she took me the aisle. Showed me what they had. Made a couple recommendations, told me what were the pros and cons of each in action. Back at the counter she gives me a couple more options as I indicated my budget to be a bit brokeyyyy. Finally I settle on something and then she gets to work taking my image and making it into what I desired. It has a little too much white space on top/bottom, she fixes that for me. I ask her thought on the design, shes nice about but recommends i increase the resolution because its going to look a little pixelated (Ive been in denial about this). Even recommends a website to help me design it better. So friendly the entire time even though I'm half interrogating and then still vetoing 3/4 the choices. She had insights for things I hadn't even considered that are going to improve my event. Kinda feel like I should be paying an event consultation fee or something. This was one of those interactions that I'll remember. I know this because I remember the last one like it. A guy working at Walmart in Norwalk Connecticut. 9 years ago so says my google review date. Thats how long it's been since I've had an interaction Iike this. And tbh this was so much more involved than that. He just matched the friendliness. Nicole was treating this like I was the first and last customer she'd ever have. I can not recommend a person/place combo more than this.

  I visited this store when ask 4 help a big dog was behind me one customer was afraid 😨 😱 I had to move quick this is not appropriate many have allergies many Asthma symptoms No dog this big need to be in my space period 😢 8/4/ 2026 12:22 pm

  Extremely unprofessional. My elderly father Inquired with multiple staff to assist in locating an item that clearly shows in stock in large quantities at this location. Staff was more concerned with “closing the store” then assisting after repeated request to help in locating the item in their aisles. Multiple staff declined to help him instead just sending him to the same aisle. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere where they can provide some sort of customer service.

  There was a gentleman restocking items on the sales floor who went above and beyond to help me. He assisted me in finding every item on my child's back-to-school list, which made my shopping experience so much easier. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful. Outstanding customer service like his truly deserves recognition!

  I was trying to order some balloons, besides the fact that I waited there for 15 minutes for the representative to show up, when he got there, his attitude was disgusting. Didn’t even get a chance to get his name, he asked me what I needed, I responded and told him I wanted to order some balloons, he said for when, I said right now, I’ll wait, he then says that I was being hostile and he wasn’t doing anything for me, I asked to speak to the manager, he said he was the manager, I asked for the number to corporate, he said look it up. If you didn’t want to blow up the balloons, find another job. I’ve been going to that staples for over 10 years and never had a problem until today. Your worker needs to go to customer service class
