these guys have changed my life - one of my favorite additions to the neighborhood. i will never stand in line at the wyckoff post office again!! i came here to rush my passport renewal application and my guy went out of his way to make sure i had EVERYTHING in the right state. he’s clearly done this many times and was above and beyond helpful (and i got my new passport 10 days later). thanks so much guys!

way too expensive for all services. also i stupidly shipped a package through them (for over $10 just for the box and to print the label) and it took over a week for the tracking to be updated. they told me that it was USPS’s fault but i’ve never had an issue with this anywhere else. you’re much better off going to Sent! on Flushing. more reliable and much more reasonable prices.

The shop took payment before providing the service, which is completely understandable, but what followed was very unprofessional. We sent them a photo for a custom sticker, and before printing they checked the size and assured us that it would look good. At no point did anyone explain that the image resolution might be an issue or suggest any adjustments to improve the final result.
When we received the order, we were highly dissatisfied with the quality. Instead of acknowledging our concerns or offering any kind of solution, we were met with excuses and blame. One employee immediately started explaining why it was supposedly our fault for providing the “wrong” photo and “wrong” size. He spent more time trying to convince us that the result was acceptable than actually listening to our concerns.
The most frustrating part is that these explanations should have happened before printing, not after. If they truly have experience with this type of work, they should have warned us about potential issues and guided us through the process. The person who initially took our order seemed rushed and did not take the time to explain sizing, resolution requirements, or possible limitations.
Not a single apology was offered. No attempt was made to provide good customer service or find a reasonable solution. Instead, we were met with defensiveness and aggression.
Customer service appears to be nonexistent here. If you’re looking for a printing shop that communicates clearly and takes responsibility for helping customers achieve good results, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
