⭐☆☆☆☆ Update: Thank you for proving the point of my original review. Instead of acknowledging that I was visibly struggling, your response blames me for not asking for assistance I had no way of knowing existed. If you have a portable accessibility ramp, why wasn’t it offered when I was clearly having difficulty entering the store? Why was it then not offered again as I struggled to exit? My review was never about USPS or SPEEDX. Businesses can choose which carriers they accept. When you explained you didn’t take the SPEEDX package, I apologized and told you it wasn’t meant for your store. I wasn’t upset that you didn’t accept USPS either. I struggled to get into your store while you watched. I struggled to get back out while you watched. At no point did anyone offer to hold the door, offer the ramp, or ask if I needed assistance. Your response only reinforces my experience. Rather than addressing the concern, you chose sarcasm and a dismissive response. That speaks for itself. ——————- I have always loved PostNet. I used the PostNet in my previous city every week, so when I moved, it was great to see a location near me. Unfortunately, this experience was incredibly disappointing. The entrance is not handicap accessible, with a heavy manual door. I arrived with a cart and had to struggle to pull the door open and get inside by myself while both the employee behind the counter and another customer watched without offering any assistance. The employee was very dismissive and seemed completely uninterested in helping. I was informed that they only accept UPS and FedEx shipments, which is fine—that wasn’t the issue. What really prompted this review was what happened when I left. Once again, I had to wrestle with the heavy door and my cart while the employee and the customer stood there having a conversation like I wasn’t struggling right in front of them. No one offered to hold the door or help in any way. Whether you have a disability, are carrying packages, or are simply using a cart, a little basic courtesy goes a long way. I left feeling completely unwelcome and would not recommend this location based on the customer service alone.

these guys have changed my life - one of my favorite additions to the neighborhood. i will never stand in line at the wyckoff post office again!! i came here to rush my passport renewal application and my guy went out of his way to make sure i had EVERYTHING in the right state. he’s clearly done this many times and was above and beyond helpful (and i got my new passport 10 days later). thanks so much guys!

way too expensive for all services. also i stupidly shipped a package through them (for over $10 just for the box and to print the label) and it took over a week for the tracking to be updated. they told me that it was USPS’s fault but i’ve never had an issue with this anywhere else. you’re much better off going to Sent! on Flushing. more reliable and much more reasonable prices.
