No one called my phone, no attempt was made to ring the building bell, and there was no proper notification or confirmation of delivery. It feels like the package was falsely marked as delivered without any real effort to ensure it reached the correct recipient. I’m not under the impression that the driver is a thief. I checked thoroughly and still have no idea where my item ended up. For a service that handles important deliveries, this level of carelessness is unacceptable. I expected at least basic verification before marking something as delivered, especially in a building where access is required. Also no attempt for contact or a photo was taken what so ever. I’m now left dealing with the stress of a missing item and the inconvenience of trying to track down what happened. I really hope this gets addressed so it doesn’t happen to others. IF THIS ISSUE ISNT RESOLVE LEGAL MEASURES WILL BE ASSURED

It wasn't the fastest experience I have ever had, and there was a bit of a wait, but the staff eventually helped me out and made sure everything was labeled correctly. It is a fine place to go if you just need to get your shipping taken care of and are not in a huge rush.
