Multiple times they have lied about attempted deliveries for several time sensitive packages, causing major inconveniences (moving work schedules around, paying for cabs to help move large packages from the ship center back home, etc.) this last time I put a sign on my building window saying that we are here and to please buzz to complete delivery, only to receive another notification that they could not deliver the package, with a photo of my building with the note cropped out at “proof”. Furthermore there doesn’t seem to be an email for customer support so I can’t make an email record of any requests. The only pro I can say is that the manager who works at the shipping pick up center has been kind, patient, and efficient every time I’ve had to go there to pick up my packages. I don’t know what’s going on with the folks on my delivery route.
