  Twice made a purchase, efficient two registers operating. There was a girl worker cotton who was doing nothing rather being interruptive bothering her coworkers who were making sales.

  The employees at this location have been so great the past month or so for several different things. I first went in to get a nice design printed for a gift for my girlfriend. They made sure to get me nicer paper than I knew was an option. Last weekend, I needed to ship two things and went in one item The guy at the counter helped me figure out the best size envelope vs box to help save me money and then gave me the flat rate box for my next item to bring back. I spent maybe 5 minutes total with two trips because he was so efficient. But today took the cake: I had three heavy boxes from Chewy that needed to be returned. Chewy has been horrible working with to figure out labels and pickup. So instead I went into FedEx and they told me how to email them the labels, which they then printed off for me. I had carried one box in since I live just a block away. But they let me take the cart to go get the other two (pictured). When I returned, they already had the labels ready and made it effortless for me. Thank you so much for taking a tough situation and making it a great experience in the end!!!

  Great customer service! Big thank you to Starr and Shevorn for all their help today. I was there for about 3 hours scanning documents for USCIS, and they were so helpful, patient, and kind throughout the whole process. They made everything so much easier. I really appreciate their help and excellent customer service! Highly recommend! 😊
