    Extremely disappointing experience. The employees were loud, rude, and completely unprofessional. I waited patiently in line, and when it was finally my turn, the staff continued gossiping and laughing among themselves while I stood at the counter being completely ignored. After several uncomfortable minutes, an employee finally acknowledged me, but there was no greeting, no apology, and not even basic courtesy, just a cold, dismissive attitude. Customers should not have to stand around waiting for employees to finish their personal conversations before receiving service. The entire interaction made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. Customer service is part of the job, and basic professionalism costs nothing. This location seriously needs better management and customer service training. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this FedEx location.

    I honestly can’t believe this has been my experience with FedEx. They lost two of my bags, and it’s now been 2 months. Every time I follow up, I’m told the same thing: “You just have to wait.” That’s it. No updates, no real investigation, no reassurance that anyone is actually trying to find them. I understand that mistakes happen, but what I don’t understand is the complete lack of urgency and accountability. These aren’t just packages. They are people’s belongings, and the way this has been handled makes it feel like no one at FedEx actually cares. For a worldwide logistics company, this is unacceptable and honestly embarrassing. I expected much better communication, customer service, and effort. Instead, I’ve been left chasing answers for two months with nothing to show for it. FedEx seems to be going backwards, not forwards. I have completely lost confidence in the company and would seriously think twice before trusting them with anything important again.
