  I walked into an empty store and this woman ignored me then proceeded to wipe down all of the counters and surfaces while clearly pretending to ignore me. There's no parking lot so I was in a rush so I wouldn't get a parking ticket and this woman seemed to be deliberately stealing from helping me. When she started wiping down additional spaces near the door, I just left. I'll go somewhere else.

  I had a disappointing experience at this DHL location. I was shipping a personal gift to my wife within the United States, not internationally. The staff insisted that I open the package and show them the contents. I understand security procedures, but the way it was handled felt intrusive and unprofessional. I have shipped many packages through other carriers and have never been asked to open a personal gift like this. The experience made me uncomfortable and I left feeling that my privacy was not respected.
